Introduction

Wire thread insert is a new type of internal threaded fastener, suitable for threaded connection. It is screwed into and fastened in the threaded hole of one of the connected parts to form a standard internal thread. The bolt (or screw) is then screwed into it. After being installed, the wire threaded sleeve produces a spring expansion effect, making it firmly fixed in the threaded hole, and will never be brought out with the screw out.

(2) Increase the load-bearing capacity and fatigue strength of the threaded connection: the wire threaded sleeve makes the screw and the internal threaded hole for the installation of the wire threaded sleeve form an elastic connection, thus eliminating the pitch and tooth form half-angle error between the internal and external threads. (3) Wear resistance: The wire thread insert is precisely wound by extremely hard cold-rolled stainless steel wire, the spiral surface hardness can reach HRC43～50, and the mirror-like surface (the smoothness can reach 2～4μm) reduces friction and wear. , Can reduce the torque generated by friction on the screw by 90%, so that the maximum pre-tightening torque and screw tension can be obtained with the minimum screw torque to prevent the screw from loosening, so that the screws of various materials are in the best use condition.
